Unfortunately not! :-(

You can fly from Luton to Alicante and then get a train up to Valencia, or you can fly from Luton to Barcelona and get the train down!
Alicante -> Valencia is about 1.5 hours
Barcelona -> Valencia is about 3 hours (very nice route along the coast though.)

You could fly into Barcelona early in the morning – spend the day there and then come to us in the evening, spend a couple of days and then take another train south and fly out from Alicante!
